Mainboard Reset
If you notice Bob acting differently from his normal working behavior, yet the results of his checkup test are normal, then you may need to perform a mainboard reset.
1. Flip his power switch OFF.
2. Unplug the power adapter from his charging station, and then plug the adapter directly into Bob's side–just above his power switch. His screen will light up, and his battery bars will flash.
3. Wait 15 minutes before unplugging the power adapter from Bob.
By now he should feel refreshed and ready to tackle the next cleaning adventure!
